Delivery & Returns


DELIVERY

Shipping and relevant VAT charges will automatically be calculated at checkout. Worldwide delivery is free for all orders over £250 or $400.

Once your order has been confirmed we will look to dispatch the package within 1 working day.

It’s always nice to know when your order is on its way, so once we have dispatched your package we will send you an email with tracking information so that you can follow its progress from us to you.

When shipping your products, we use priority services with the following couriers FedEx, UPS and Interlink to ensure your item is delivered to you as quickly as possible. All our goods are generally delivered between1 to 5 working days.

International Customers

All Product prices shown on the Website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. This means that the total price you pay for the Product is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on our sale of the Product.

Products delivered outside the EU may, in addition, be subject to import duty, taxes, fees, levies or other charges which must be paid by the recipient of the products. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges so we suggest that you check the import charges applicable before ordering.

RETURNS

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right. You have 21 days to return, or to exchange the item for a different colour or size.

For items bought during promotions or at discounted prices, you should let us know within 14 days.

We ask that all items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags on. Please also return items in their original box as this is part of the product, with another solid box around it, preferably the original outer packaging. We can only refund items returned to us in a resaleable condition.

To request a return or an exchange, please contact us

We will let you know when we receive and approve your return. Then we’ll issue a refund by the same payment method as your order, or confirm and send the item you would like in exchange. We will aim to process refunds within 14 days.

For goods delivered within the EU, we will refund standard postage as well as the cost of the item.

We take care to ensure our goods are made to a high standard, so please contact us at customerservice@albartross.com at any time after purchase if you feel they did not meet your expectations.

Extended Christmas returns policy

Orders placed between 1 November and 24 December benefit from an extended returns period. You can let us know if you change your mind by the following 15 January. This extended returns policy does not apply to orders made between Black Friday and the following Monday.
