To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the form above and click 'START'.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will be sent a confirmation email for a submitted return, then another email with shipping labels and guidelines once the return request is approved.

How do I find my order number?

  • Your order number is in the subject line of all emails you have received from us to date, it will look like this: WEBUS0123

Are there any charges for return?

For orders from the UK

  • We offer FREE returns for customers in the UK.
  • A prepaid returns label will be provided via email once your return request has been authorised.

For orders from the USA

  • A standard administration fee of $12 will be charged for all returns.
  • If you have ordered a replacement via a new order the above fee will be waived.
  • A prepaid returns label will be provided via email once your return request has been authorised.

For orders from Canada

  • Prepaid returns labels are not available for Canadian orders, therefore the shipping cost for goods to be returned will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable as standard.

For orders from EU and Rest of World

  • Prepaid returns labels are not available for EU or International orders, therefore the shipping cost for goods to be returned will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • We will let you know when we receive your returned goods and process your return.
  • Then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order.
  • We will aim to process refunds within 10 business days.

Returns Policy

You can return your items within 28 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • We ask that all items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags on.
  • Please also return items in their original box as this is part of the product, with another solid box around it, preferably the original outer packaging.
  • We can only refund items returned to us in a resaleable condition.
  • Sorry, we do not currently offer an exchange service but if you need a different size or colour of an item, please return the original item for a refund and simply place a new order OR please email customerservice@albartross.com and we will happy to help.
